Silverhill is located in the vicinity of the Silver Lake at Na Jomtien, in the south of the resort town of Pattaya and north of the fishing village of Sattahip. By car you can reach Pattaya in about twenty minutes, to Sattahip it will take only fifteen. You are only four kilometres away from highway 331 which takes you to the international airport Suvarnabhumi (75 min.) and Bangkok (90 min.)
Your new home, bordering on the Khao Chee Chan (Buddha-Hill) which is surrounded by several cultural sites like Wat Yansangwararam, the beautiful botanical gardens of Nong Nooch and a fairly large vine-growing area named "Silverlake", will be situated in a protected area, so in the future it will not be possible of being "built-in" by further development.
