When setting up the master plan, our aim was to arrange the plots in a most favourable way. All villas in the main area enjoy either a magnificent view or border directly on the lake. When you look out from your front, your next-door neighbour will be at least forty metres away.
According to the existing building regulations the maximum height for buildings in this area is eight metres, which means that nobody can obstruct your views through future developments. The communal area with the visitors' accommodation, the pool and the snack bar is well separated from the residents' living area. Therefore it will be possible to have social gatherings without anybody being disturbed.
