Silverhill is located in the vicinity of the Silver Lake at Na Jomtien, in the south of the resort town of Pattaya and north of the fishing village of Sattahip. By car you can reach Pattaya in about twenty minutes, to Sattahip it will take only fifteen. You are only four kilometres away from highway 331 which takes you to the international airport Suvarnabhumi (75 min.) and Bangkok (90 min.)
Your new home, bordering on the Khao Chee Chan (Buddha-Hill) which is surrounded by several cultural sites like Wat Yansangwararam, the beautiful botanical gardens of Nong Nooch and a fairly large vine-growing area named "Silverlake", will be situated in a protected area, so in the future it will not be possible of being "built-in" by further development.
When setting up the master plan, our aim was to arrange the plots in a most favourable way. All villas in the main area enjoy either a magnificent view or border directly on the garden area. When you look out from your front, your next-door neighbour will be at least forty metres away.
According to the existing building regulations the maximum height for buildings in this area is eight metres, which means that nobody can obstruct your views through future developments.
The communal area with the visitors' accommodation is well separated from the residents' living area. Therefore it will be possible to have social gatherings without anybody being disturbed.
